Blabbering with Purpose: A Heartfelt Rant from One Business Owner to Another

Sometimes you just need to talk it out. No scripts, no perfectly edited clips, no "top 5 tips" or "how-to" formulas. Just you, your thoughts, and maybe a camera rolling or in this case, a blog post.
Today’s post isn’t polished. It’s not packed with bullet points or marketing lingo. It’s simply a conversation. From me to you. Because as business owners, entrepreneurs, creators whatever you want to call yourself we need to remember that behind all the hustle, there's a human being. And that human being needs space to just be.
Going Off Script
I started a little YouTube channel recently, not to go viral or become some kind of guru, but because I was curious. I wanted to see how it felt to show up as me. Just me. Messy, real, hand-talking, script-free me.
And what I’ve realized is this: when inspiration strikes, I have to speak. A three-minute short doesn’t always cut it. Sometimes you need a moment to ramble. Sometimes you need a platform that lets you just talk through what’s swirling in your head and maybe that helps someone else along the way.
From Chaos to Culture
I also started a podcast called Chaos to Culture, and while I love the structure of it, what I’m craving more is a conversation. Not content for the sake of content, but dialogue that feels like you're sitting across from me, sipping coffee and nodding along as we talk about business, team growth, systems, and life in general.
Why? Because the business world has enough noise. Enough "shoulds." Enough pressure to go viral, stay on trend, and show up perfectly. I'm not here for that. I’m here to humanize the workplace. To remind you that it’s okay to not love admin. It’s okay to struggle with delegation. It’s okay to not want to be on camera.
You’re not doing business wrong if you’re doing it your way.
What I Actually Do
If you’re new around here, hi, I’m Sara. I run a business called You Are Rembert, and I specialize in all the behind-the-scenes magic that helps businesses run smoothly. Think systems, workflows, team management, and yes, even podcast production. I’m the calm in people’s storms. The voice that says, “Hey, let’s figure this out together.”
Most entrepreneurs start their business based on passion. But then reality hits: managing a team, handling backend logistics, dealing with all the admin you never signed up for. That’s where I come in. Not to take over, but to walk alongside you and help turn that chaos into a culture where your business and your people can thrive.
Connection Over Perfection
I’m not interested in being everyone’s cup of tea. I’m not trying to be flashy. I’m just here to make meaningful connections. Whether it’s seven subscribers or seven thousand, I’m showing up for the people who need to hear what I have to say.
So if you're starting your business, knee-deep in growth, or just trying to figure out what’s next—I'm here. Want to talk about systems? Teams? Life? Great. Want to know what kind of mic I use or how I plan podcast content? Also, great. Let’s talk about it all.
You Don’t Have to Do It Their Way
The truth is, there’s no one-size-fits-all way to run a business. You don’t have to follow every trend or show up every day if it doesn’t feel right. You’re allowed to figure it out as you go, pivot when you want, and speak when you feel inspired.
And if you’ve been holding back from starting something because it’s not “perfect” yet, let this be your sign to just do it. Start messy. Start real. Start with heart.
Because everything takes time. Growth takes time. Connection takes time. But you won’t get anywhere if you don’t start.
So here I am, showing up imperfectly and unapologetically. If you want to connect whether it’s about your business, your podcast, or just to say hey—my inbox is always open. You can reach out via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram. My website’s there too if you want to poke around.
Until next time, do the thing that feels right for you. Talk it out. Share your voice. And keep building something that matters, chaos and all.
