Introducing The Podcast Table

This is the introduction of The Podcast Table. I’m sharing my journey in the podcast industry. 

With a background in administration, organization, and team management, I noticed a significant gap in the podcasting world: while there were editors, writers, producers, and hosts, no one was addressing the operations side of running a podcast, the workflows, coordination, and systems that keep a show running week to week.

Realizing my wasn't content creation but rather managing the behind-the-scenes structure and communication that makes a podcast function consistently.

Drawing on experience in the podcast space, including three years co-hosting another show, I created The Podcast Table as a dedicated space to discuss the operations, team management, and leadership involved in running a podcast or podcast-driven business. The show is aimed at podcast hosts and business owners who want to better understand the systems and structure behind their shows.
